Fasting, step by step, from 14 hours to once a day.
Today's target is 14 hours.
Counting.
From the fifth entry onward, the hold screen stops cheering you on and starts reading back this instead: how many previous urges had already passed by the minute you're on right now. The numbers above are a sample, not your data.
No entries yet. The big button above gets pressed the moment the urge to eat hits, not afterward. Only two things get recorded: when it arrived, and how long it lasted.
Routine medication that must be taken with food should never be skipped. If the eating schedule shifts, the medication schedule shifts with it, and that gets worked out with a doctor, not decided alone.
Drink water throughout the fasting hours. Water, plain tea, and black coffee without sugar don't break the fast. Feeling weak most often comes from not drinking enough, not from not eating.
Dizziness, shaking, a racing heart, cold sweat, or blurred vision means eat now. That's not a failure, it's information. Record it as "I'm eating now" so the numbers stay honest.
Increase by one hour, never jump. The ladder above only moves up on its own after three fasts in a row reach their target, and that's deliberate.
Anyone with diabetes, blood pressure under treatment, a history of eating disorders, or who is pregnant or breastfeeding: talk to a doctor first. This app records a habit; it does not give medical advice.
